Keith was excellent in all aspects of the purchasing process. He was very flexible with scheduling meetings and was extremely kind, thorough and helpful. We started with the selection process, during which Keith provided us with a number of options based on our preference. Once we decided on a setting and stone, Keith made the process seamless and delivered a fully customized ring. I mentioned a deadline as to when I would prefer the ring to be ready, and Keith delivered exactly on time. He also walked me through the insurance and appraisal process. Amazing experience all around and would definitely recommend NYCWD to anyone!
