“Wow. My husband and I have been talking for a few years about upgrading my diamond. We have been married almost 24 years. My husband did his homework. He reached out to Keith on Tuesday of this week. They emailed each other and had some conversations about what we ere looking for. We set up an appointment for 11am today. Keith is professional, caring and not a schyster (Yiddish for crook). He wants all of his couples to be truly happy with their purchase. He had 6 options to show us. He spent the time to re-educate us on the importance of GIA certification and then began to show us the stones. He listened to our feedback and the third stone was just perfect. We purchased the stone and Keith was able to place it in a beautiful simple setting. He recommend I live and love the new stone and band before I decide if I want to upgrade the setting.
