I immediately emailed to ask if they had the stone in stock (I learned that many Jewelers list stones they don’t actually have). Keith immediately wrote me back and told me that the stone was in the showroom of a Madison Avenue store, but that he would go over that same day and grab it for me to look at. I was thrilled and set up an appointment to meet Keith and see the stone in person. From his first reply email and our first appointment, Keith was nothing but professional and interested in helping me find what was right for my soon to be fiancé. He was never pushy, and took the time to explain to me everything about two different cuts I was interested in. He showed me a number of stones in addition to the one I saw online, all within (and mostly below) by budget.

I tend to overthink and overanalyze everything, so I asked Keith to meet me three times before I eventually made a decision. Over the course of those three meetings, Keith was always patient and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with whatever decision I made. During one visit we even walked to a nearby park so that I could see the stone in natural light! After that meeting, I knew I had found the perfect stone.

Even after I picked the stone, Keith continued to provide help and support. He helped me insure my new ring and gave me some great tips for my planned international proposal (traveling with a ring through airport security is as nerve wracking as you would expect). Fast forward a few months and I was engaged! The week after I got back from my trip, I set up an appointment to bring by fiancé in to meet Keith. I wanted to show him how happy the ring made her. He cleaned her ring for free, and offered to do so whenever we had a special occasion or need.
