When we welcomed our first daughter, I reached out first to Keith on getting a personalized rose gold necklace pendent with her name on it.  Even though this was a non-diamond lower ticket item, he treated it with the same grace and attention as he gave us for our larger purchases.  After some productive back and forth with both him and Staley, we got just what we asked for – the right font, the right text size, and perfectly-sized emeralds to dot the i’s in our daughter’s name.  Stunning!
